Card Status

Card Status is an indicator used to describe whether or not card has been officially removed in games of Spirit Island. Removed cards can be included in your games, provided that everyone else at the table is comfortable with the change. All officially retired and replaced game items can be found here.

Categories

Cards can be divided into three Card Status categories, which are Active, Retired, and Replaced.

Active	Still used in Spirit Island games today.
Retired	No longer used in Spirit Island games today.
Replaced	No longer used in Spirit Island games today. These have a card that replaces them.
